Gin clear

Nose

peat +, dark chocolate +/o, wet earth (moor) o, some grains & cereals o, chalk-y o, a bit of rubber o/-, a bitter note (somewhat plant-y, cut salks ?) o/- (86)

Taste

hocolate o, then a lot of spirit (79)

W Water & Time: much better, more warm peat next to the chocolate & the spirt has been broken up although still detectable & warm (86)

Finish

a quite spirity finish as well, underneath chocolate, peat, quite bitter for such a young one, a bit of rubber. Interesting & unusual, but not quite my thing (78)

W Water & Time: peat more upfront, less chocloate but also less bitter, also some leather & caramel notes in the finish now. (87)
