Sweet honey, notes of burnt wood, hints of vanilla, caramel, ripe oranges

Taste

Really sweet, Oak but not many tannins, caramel, liquer-like character

Finish

Long and sweet, some notes of oak. For 21 years very little bitter substances

Pleasant aroma of heather honey, citrus and subtle hints of vanilla and contains sandal wood.

Taste

Notes of sweet caramel , oranges and ends in a long,

Finish

Spicy and dry finish, with a rich and full taste.

Amontillado sherry

Nose

Lying in a field of heather in the summer. Honey melting on hot oak. Lots of tannins and geraniums.

Taste

Melting honey and hot sugar. Super smooth and gently sweet with fantastic florals. Some oak.

Finish

Softly sparkling sugar, cinnamon, gently oaky and slightly syrupy.

Comments

Lovely whisky. Very intensely sweet and honeyed.

It's better to have drunk it all than never to have drunk at all.

Agrumes, malt, épices orientales

Taste

A plus de corps que le 12 ans, même s'il propose aussi des notes d'agrumes et a la même texture crémeuse. Une touche de vanille et de fumée.

Finish

Moyenne et relativement sèche, on retrouve les agrumes (orange surtout) et la fumée.

Très bon en fin de repas.

Sweet honey, a meadow with heather and herbs and a nice oak

Taste

Tasty vanilla, sweet and spicy. Some dried fruits and even honey.

Finish

Stays long, fullbodied and very well balanced between oak and sweet fruits.

Comments

As a dessert after a good meal perfect (before you like to change to islay ;.))

Highland spectrum with plenty of sherry influence. Winner of a Gold
Medal and Best in Class at the International Wine & Spirits

Orange, fruity, fresh, a hint of malt

Taste

Orange, fresh malt, refreshing, some wooden notes later, sweet and smooth with a light body, cinnamon

Finish

malty notes, short flickering of wood, short, sweet, some fruits, cinnamon

Comments

A sweet and subtle Malt with a light body that has some complexity. This bottling comes through the backdoor. An elegant Malt for the early afternoon.
