Color

Amber

Nose

Smokey,peaty and maritime notes (like that)

Very medicinal for a Caol Ila.

After adding some water the smokiness has gone and it got slightly fruity.

Taste

Slightly oily,lots of peat and a loveley fruity sweetness.

Finish

Medium long with some peat and a very few medicinal notes.

Comments

Again a great bottling of Kintra Whisky.

Deep copper

Nose

smoke everywhere, earth and ashes, lots of seaweed, very medicinal

Taste

oily, again that taste of earth with a lot of peat, sweet peat, some bitterness, very powerful

Finish

long and referring to the sea, again, lots of medicinal notes
