Pale straw

Nose

Wow! I cannot remember any other whisky with such an intensive exotic fruity and flowery aroma at first nosing - roses, lillies, perfumed soap and exotic fruits (passion fruits, tangerines and others). Really needs getting used to but I love it a lot. After a while I am starting to get intensive vanilla and lovely caramel as well. Really an extraordinary superb nose.

Taste

Wow again - what a superb whisky! A little spirity but nevertheless the palate is oh so mnjammnjammnjam lecker.
Intensive toffee, pepper with orange cake and a little liquorice. Quite an unusual combination again.

Finish

Long, remains totally pleasant and is warming from deep inside.

Comments

Heavenly whisky - recommended. A 12 year old dram can hardly be any better.
