Original Tasting Notes:

Carring a fresh and lively nose, detect a little dried sweet spice and peppery qualities plus some distinct peat. The palate remains peppery, beyond which is a complexity of toffee, cocoa and creamy characteristics, all leading at a long, rich, smoden, roast - coffee? finish.
