Original Tasting Notes:
On the nose: detect a fruited, almost Sherry cask influence ( but this is a refill hogshead! ) then on the palate detect raisiny, macerated fruit flavours very nice ( but this is a refill hogshead! ) then on the finish the same dried fruit flavours percolate through, with a late mentholated dryness: all suggesting Sherry ( but this... ) ( F )
