Color

Jonquiripe corn

Nose

Starting both aromatic and fruity, concentrated Assam tea, orange zest, tangerines and toffee. Hints of varnish and cardboard but nevertheless a nice and pleasant nose.

Taste

Warming, quite light and fresh considering the age. Tea with vanilla-caramel and some grainy components. Tasty.

Finish

Medium long with the notes from the palate lingering on and a little dry oak coming up. The aftertaste becomes somehow slightly unpleasant.

Comments

Good whisky but nothing spectacular.
