Color

Gin clear

Nose

wood polish & pine sap (wood wax), some nicely integrated old style sherry with some dried fruits (raisins & plums), tobacco, chocolate, herbal/slightly medicinal in the back, (93)

Taste

malty sweetness, chocolate, tobacco, then a nice bitterness towards the end (92)

Finish

mineral/granite, briefly tannic, then more chocolate & tannic bitter notes exchanging the lead over quite some time, fading into dried fruits. (93)
