Color

Deep gold

Nose

Pear, apple, big vanilla and faint draff. Spirity and water only makes it more so.

Taste

Stewed apples, pear drops, butter tablet. A bit hot even with water.

Finish

Surprisingly dry and salty, like your tongue is baking on a hot sandy beach.

Comments

Some great notes in this but its a bit of a wild ride and a bit hot at times.

It's better to have drunk it all than never to have drunk at all.
