Color

White wine

Nose

Mellow, sweet and fresh. Fruity notes and notes from the wood are dominating - ripe pears, white pepper and fudge. There is something flowery reminding of a summer meadow. Very clean and pleasant.

Taste

Smooth, balanced, very clean - but disappointingly simple. The notes from the nose are repeated, white pepper, vanilla and Williams-Christ pears.

Finish

Medium long and mild with notes of schnapps made from Williams-Christ pears.

Comments

Good whisky but it lacks complexity. Does not make me feel enthusiastic, the special aha-experience is missing.
