Edradour 1999 Sauternes is just like the rest of the range
of bottled Edradour `Straight from the cask, " and finished in barrels that were previously used for the
production of Chateau d`Yquem Sauternes.
On the nose, show much banana, dried fruit and
spices and especially cloves.
In the mouth has something of Jaffa cakes.
The finish is long with notes of sweet orange and caramel.
