The nose is rather complex, fresh with minerals as well as earthy, smoky aromas and fruits like lemon, green apples, honey and (my fav.) marzipan. By adding some drops of water the nose gets a full body, with peat and fruits. The palate is fresh, with minerals, lemon, spice and peat; <+w> Very nice, rich with spices, peat, honey and vanilla. The finish is long, peaty and exceptionel!
