Went to the Islay whisky festival this week. Did anyone else make it to the festival and which Distillery did they visit?

Yes I was there. I visited all distilleries except (Jura,) Kilchoman and Bunnahabhain, because I left on Wednesday afternoon already.

What a coincidence totalatool they were the only distillers that i couldn`t get to because i had to leave on wednesday afternoon. We were probably on the same 3.30 ferry. I was one of the lads on the bike.

I was staying in a caravan right next to Bruichladdich distillery. Our day at Laphroaig was the best as the festival was there that day.

I was on that ferry back to Kennacraig indeed. Did you also come to Islay on the 1pm ferry on Friday May 25th?

Check, was there.
Visited all distilleries/open days (except Lagavulin), picked up some bottles (incl. Lagavulin ;) ) and did some nice tours & tastings...

Was there for a full week.
Was able to visit all the distilleries and collect all the festival bottlings... except for Jura that did NOT sell the festival bottling at the distillery... strange... But still, I am a happy camper happy with the acquired extras to the collection.
Did some extra tastings, enjoyed the festival and the company of everybody there.
Was on the 6 pm ferry both from and to Kennacraig.

Was there also. Arrived Saturday and left on Wednesday (for Speyside ...). Visited all distilleries except for Kilchoman and enjoyed some nice tours.

I will also be there on 28, 29 and 30 of May for my first Scotland trip. The days before that I will be in Speyside.

I wonder actually when the distillery programme for the Feis Ile will be online.

I received the Feis Ile programme from Bowmore yesterday. I was able to book `Mystery Malts in the Vaults` at 2:00pmbut the 10am session was already fully booked. I suggest you to be quick with your bookings if you visit Islay during the Feis Ile.
